Coverage
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all KBLS products, ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects for the entirety of their lifespan. This guarantee applies to all items purchased through our official channels, offering peace of mind and a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Exceptions
The following exceptions apply to our Lifetime Guarantee:
- Outlet Products and Final Sale Items: Products purchased from our outlet or as final sale items are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee due to their heavily discounted nature and limited availability for replacement.
- Free Giveaways: Items obtained through promotional giveaways are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee as they are complimentary and not part of our regular sales inventory.
- Gift Cards: The Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to gift card purchases. Gift cards are treated as currency and are subject to the terms and conditions of use, without any implied warranties.
- Custom Items and One-of items: Customized and products are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee due to their unique and personalized nature.
- Solid Gold Items: Due to the high value and specific care requirements, solid gold items are excluded from the Lifetime Guarantee.
- Apparel: Clothing and apparel items are not covered under the Lifetime Guarantee due to wear and tear and washing processes.
Scope of Guarantee
The Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and workmanship errors under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should your KBLS product exhibit any manufacturing defects, we commit to repair or replace the item at our discretion, ensuring it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Claim Process
To initiate a claim under the Lifetime Guarantee, please contact our customer service team at support@kblsofficial.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If you do not have proof of purchase, we cannot offer a lifetime warranty. Our team will guide you through the process of assessing the product and determining the appropriate remedy under our guarantee policy.
To submit a warranty claim a proof of purchase is required, you must have the following items:
- Order Number
- Store Receipt or E-mail Confirmation
- Certificate of Authenticity
Limitation of Liability
The Lifetime Guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased product. KBLS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
